The Army Historic Aircraft Flight (AHAF) has now completed their 2010 display season. This video is a compilation of footage from various events throughout the year and also from a fixed in-cab video camera. Details of the pilots and events for the 2011 season will be posted to the AHAF pages on the British Army website

The Army Historic Aircraft Flight (AHAF) took part in the RAF Odiham Families Day in August 2010 where the Beaver, Sioux and Scout were static displays.

The Army Historic Aircraft Flight (AHAF) is based at the Army Aviation Centre at Middle Wallop in Hampshire.

The Flight, in its present format, came into being on 21 March 1990 and consists of the following aircraft:

XR 244 – Auster AOP Mk 9
XP 820 – De Havilland Beaver AL Mk 1
WD 325 – De Havilland Chipmunk T10
XT 131 – Agusta-Bell Sioux AH Mk 1
XR 379 – Sud Aviation Alouette II
XT 626 – Westland Scout AH Mk 1

The six different aircraft types have a combined regular service of 146 years and it is unique by being the only display team in the world with both fixed and rotary wing aircraft.
