It was becoming difficult to control the spammers with the other board, I was having to deal with 5 or more false registrations every day and double that links to porn or other unsavory sites. This board has better security and banning features, it also has a lot of other features that the old boards did not have, we now have the following in place.
- Easily see who has been online or is online at the bottom of the page.
- Easily see new posts since your last visit
- Chat with any member online through the shout box at the top of the page, type a message and press enter everyone on the forum will see your message
- Post your events for all to see on the calendar pages
- General security has been improved you now need to log in to use most of the features and see members lists.
Over the next few months the whole site will under go a big make over with new design and layout, improved galleries and menus. I will do this as soon as work stops getting in the way
You have to register and login to use a lot of the new features.
