Well mine  just has to be my cork screw, although with the advent of screw top bottle in the wine shops it has little breaks noW between use, lol.

I also have a 10in victra knox knife that has seen better days but still hold's a good edge after 20 years of use, and yes it has a rose wood handle, to go with the wooden chopping board (hate the colour code plastic things no good at all).

My favorite piece of equipment must be my old veg knife (a red, plastic handled Victorinox). Bought this the Saturday before statring catering training in the Tower (July 1978) and kept it in my back pocket till the day I left the corps in 1990. It is still my favorite and sits in the nife drawer at home. Not a bad buy, 34 years good faithful service.
