Hi Guys, this may seem a strange request, But does anyone have a 75-100 portion Recipe for a vegetable and curry. Reason I am asking, I attend an ex servicemen's Charity called GardeningLeave.Org. We grow all of our own vegetables.
The lads and I are wanting to make a large curry for a soup kitchen, at which a load of homeless veterans frequent, I have a Jsp 404 , which has a recipe for 8, normally I would multiply, but as you all know, curry is not one of those dishes that is made that way. I would rather do it right or not at all. I had loaned a Yank my old Mac over in Bosnia, the one with the 25, 50 and 100 portions, and that was last I ever saw it. So any recipes would be gratefully received.
