Hi I am trying to get in touch with any corps  who were stationed at the above during 1970-73 with the then 2nd Btn Queens Reg ( now disolved I believe)

hello I am sorry to disaggree with you but I was stationed at the aforsaid barracks from 1970 -1973. And it was definately in Werl. It used to be a Canadian Camp until 2nd Battalion Queens Reg took it over. Many thanks for your reply though.

I was posted to Werl in sept 73 and was attached to 2 queens for just over 5 years. Cooks I remember just to name a few, Pete Holdbrook, scouse curran, mick fluck, paul granvill, dave hunter,dennis moxon, alice cooper, Ian muir, and chris edge who I'm still trying to track down. I, m still in touch with a few ACC lads and also a few Queensmen. Try looking on the 2 queens web site. I have some great memories of Werl the Dandy club, and some great nights in the naafi.
