Hi
My late father Pte. 974533 Robert Edward Horn was one of the first volunteers to join the ACC when the order went out 'we want cooks'! He went on to prepare and serve the nosh for his parent unit, the 75th Medium Regt, R.A. during their tour through North Africa, Sicily and Italy. Fortunately, I have a copy of his service record plus I know most of his whereabouts during his time. The long shot is if there is anyone out there who knew him or can give any other info.
