Hi, looking for any information on Private George Cairns (3310174) of the ACC. Believe he is my grandfather
and i'm trying to research my family tree. Any information would be gratefully received.

You have the perfect info there with his army number, try this Site, it will require you to pay a small fee to research, but don't they all?

I've came across the posting looking for information on George Cairns. I see from the info request that you think George may be your Grandfather, I'm one of George's grandchildren and may be able to help.

Hi Stevie, we were in touch about George Cairns via email back in 2012… I’ve got some more news and potential evidence since doing an ancestry DNA test. I tried to email you back but as I didn’t get a reply I’m wondering if you’ve changed your email. Hopefully you see this and get in touch. Toby
