Title: The girls of Aldershot

I'd love to see a section about the girls who ex ACC guys can remember. I've got a few old photo's tucked away. I can only talk for the boy soldiers but I remember that the Jnr cooks were always popular with the local girls.  I would imagine that all of the girls that I knew from the 70's will be married by now and more than likely with a string of little chefs (That was a pun... Ok forget it!)

i don't have personal experience of any of the local lassies, i was spoken for elsewhere, but i remember a bloke from a few intakes above us, poss 1/79 A coy, sure he was an App Sgt having a girlfriend with two roses tattooed across her chest, obviously tats were rare in those days unless a squaddie, but on a girl, well i'll leave it there!!!! but i did see them and they were nice!
