It requires 100,00 signatures before the government will even look at it and there are only 9 months to get them.

A full Inquiry into the Murder of 18 British Soldiers in August 1979 at Warrenpoint Northern Ireland. To be investigated by The PSNI and those implicated to be charged,brought to Court to secure a conviction.
