It not only a freeze on pension, The tax office decided this week because they have a new system it no long recognises the tax code NT (NO TAX) so they just put a standard tax on my pension and thousands of others according to vet agency and pension payment office. Then to top off that they are not returning the 40% tax from my works and military pension this month, never mind I'm short this month so my bank will probally bounce my directs  and charge me £35 each.
My thoughts are its a good way of collecting a lot more revenue in one fell swoop. I'm on a reasonable pension , what about those who don't get much at all to live on.

  Hi Guys,
             I think it is totally wrong for them to do that. How many times have we pulled them out of the crap. We never got a thank you for it. They just know one way to do things. I did not do 22 years in the Army. I did a grand total of 15, my pension would be even smaller now. It is wrong we all worked hard for it and some even died before they got it. Guys you are all so selfish and self centred! Just because you worked hard all your lives, served your country, whilst putting your life on the line. In some cases lost limbs, suffer mental health problems and generally worn out at the end of your service.
For, a pittance of pay, well below the bread line in the 70/80’s, slightly better, but crap in the 90’s and  still as crap in 00. You expect some form of handout in your old age!

Just because some poor banker screwed up the world economy, you expect them to stop getting massive bonuses, so you can get a few % pay rise, and maybe have a weekend away this year?

Think of all those unfortunate people who, due to an incurable condition, cantbeF**kedtogetajobitest , have to live on a poultry sum, which only allows them to have 2 holidays in Benidorm a year, sky + (yes I know poor souls can’t afford HD) and every electrical gadget know to man!

Think of these poor souls, to get their 25k a year, they are humiliated once a week by having to send off a job application. Some even have to go through the trauma of attending an interview, therefore forced into answering such unfair questions of “Why do you want this job?”  With “ I don’t but if I don’t come I’ll get no benefit this week”.

So come on guys the country needs to save money, and if it’s a choice between us or the idle twats/bankers (maybe the same?) who have gone through life contributing nothing, mugging society (Bankers) or high on smack/Charlie (both bankers and the idle) ! It’s a no brainer, cough up and enjoy !
