Sept 1961 intake JTR

Having now reached the age of 66 ,was wondering if any of the Sept intake are around.
Had a email from Denis Huxley last week saying he was our Platoon Comander name rang a bell but he did not stay in.

Some I still meet in London during Rememberence Service but there must be a few still around.

Last posting was a SQMS 12 RSME in Chattendean Kent.

For my sins still a season ticket holder at Southampton,spent 7 years at Marchwood over 2 postings.

Hi Mike;

I seem to remember you. I was in the 12th intake the one after you I believe.

How time flies 50 years ago next year.

I came out a corporal in September 1971. I ended up in charge of a Officers Mess on the outskirts of London. Just decided that I had done my time.

When I got demobed I stayed down this part of the country.

Do you have any photo's of yourself from around that time?

Will await your reply.

Best Regards.

Bob
