The Manchester ACC/RLC Chefs Get-Together 2015

21st November - ACC/RLC Get-Together organised by Ian E Scott & Bob Nicol.

Venue: MacDonald Hotel & Spa, Piccadilly, Manchester

1830hrs for 1900hrs

Ticket Cost: £25.50p per head

Starter

Terrine of pressed chicken, apricot chutney, toasted ciabatta

Main

Duo of Beef, slow braised blade, seared rump, carrots, tenderstem and horseradish mash

Goats Cheese and red onion wellington, puy lentils, glazed root vegetables (V)

Dessert

Chocolate delice, honeycomb, marshmallow and pistachio ice-cream

Coffee and accompaniments

This follows on from a very successful event organised by us in 2014 where we had 82 ex Corps members and their ladies/guests.  Currently we have 87 booked in for 2015.

Room Rate for the MacDonald hotel for the Friday is £130 and Saturday £150 including Breakfast.  Booking Reference is: CATE2015
